Nikki is the most effective Rolfer I’ve ever worked with. Through my sessions with her, I’ve discovered that Rolfing doesn’t have to feel like a torture test—in fact, I actually feel good during our time together, and the results have been truly impactful. After dealing with a frozen shoulder for a year, she helped me regain my mobility, and the difference has been life-changing. Not only is she a gifted Rolfer, but she’s also an incredibly skilled and compassionate personal trainer. Nikki has met me exactly where I am in my fitness journey, and thanks to her, I’m falling back in love with movement and training. I can’t recommend her enough!

I have done Pilates off and on for 30 years. Nikki is phenomenal. She's strategic and innovative with my challenging body. I am 61, have severe scoliosis, osteoporosis and arthritis and she has been instrumental in getting me back on my feet, almost literally. She has a heart of gold and a mind of steel. I simply love her.

Nikki is incredibly knowledgeable and the best at what she does. For 4+ years I visited multiple physical therapists, massage therapists, cranial sacral therapists, etc. to try and alleviate pain and gain mobility. I was running out of hope. Nothing was working. I finally learned about rolfing and I'm so glad I decided to try it and so lucky that my first choice was Nikki. I had relief and answers after my very first session with her! I was very pleasantly surprised. After a handful of visits I was able to walk around the block again without crying in pain. I'm not exaggerating when I say she gave me my life back. Choose Nikki! She's the best.
Nikki is incredibly knowledgeable on all things body-related! I have been to a lot of body workers for back issues and Nikki is the best! I did a Rolfing/movement therapy session series with Nikki and each session was different. She really helped me stay present in my body and I liked how each session was somewhat of a controlled experiment. I started each session by standing up and walking around the room to get a baseline for how my body felt. Then I did that a few more times during the session and at the end of each session. I literally felt two feet taller at the end of each session. I am confident that Nikki could help anyone with any sort of ailment they have or just with improving posture and general body mechanics. Thank you Nikki!

Recently I received a thorough, helpful, and informative introduction to using kettlebells with Nikki. At the end of our session, she recommend great additional online resources and gave me a written summary of the exercises we practiced. Nikki was one of my original Rolfing instructors when I trained to become a Rolfer. Her kind but grounded approach was not just appealing but served as a great model for how to be a Rolfer.
As a quadriplegic wheelchair user with limited mobility I was not sure how effective Rolfing would be however Nikki's knowledge and skills had a profound impact, plus she was already familiar with disability. It feels amazing to have increased movement and sensitivity as well as feeling more connected to my body thanks to my experience with Nikki!
Nikki is truly a fantastic practitioner. It's not a exaggeration (or a trite cliché) to say she takes a wholistic approach. She quickly spots where the challenges originate- even if the discomfort is elsewhere. I've been impressed by her ability to find the perfect cue, the perfect movement, or perfect hands-on technique to get my body into a better place. I especially like that I leave with a small piece of homework to help. maintain the momentum of our sessions. Can't wait to get back in Nikki's office!
