Functional Personal Training

 

I bring an extensive background of movement modalities to my personal training clients.

Whether you are training for a specific sport or overall wellness, sessions will be designed to ensure bio-mechanical efficiency. It is paramount in my personal training sessions that clients receive enough education that they feel confident to eventually train themselves.

There are great benefits to having a coach throughout a training period, however, through my approach, clients should become comfortable working out solo.
